The group traveled to Blasingdell, a town that through hard work and excellent planning, became a prosperous trading city. The town was built on the edge of a mighty river, the Dimrall, under the broken remains of an ancient Giant's bridge.
There, the Dwarf Kheldegan Tolm plied his trade, outfitting adventurers and trading caravans for the town and on the side, doing research on his personal family history. His grandfather was once a founding member of the great Dwarven Fortress of The Stonetooth. The fortress, several hundred years ago, fell to an enormous Orcish invasion, only to sit empty and barren for years. Only recently, a new tribe of Orcs have made their home in the fortress, eager to plunder the treasures of the fortress and to pillage the nearby civilizations.
Unfortunately, one of the nearby civilizations happened to be the Independent Trade & Mining Town of Blasingdell.
